animal rights II

Fight for animal rights are one of part and parcel what we should do to defend and care for all the animals. How about the society helps out to build shelter to stray animals? Isn’t that a very good idea to help up the homeless animals?  Definitely yes!!!

One association that help animals and defend their rights. Association like Animal Welfare Society Malaysia (PAWS). That association actually helps up animal that needs shelter and caring house to live in. Animals actually are the same as human. They need family to live with and caring person to take care of them. Food, drink and medication are provided in the home of PAWS.

On Wednesday, I saw a puppy at the road side. As I was eating nearby there, the puppy came near me. I assume the puppy ask for some food. I gave him some as well as some water. After finish my food, the puppy followed me wherever I go. I feel pity for the puppy; in fact I wanted to bring the puppy along with me. But I know that I don’t have time for the puppy.

In short, I have college life to handle and training to go to everyday until late at night. I know if I have a puppy, I need to bear the responsibility of a parent to the puppy. As much as I loved to, but I definitely can’t have one.

Therefore, I brought him to the veterinarian to check his health condition. Waited for few hours there. The puppy is in good condition.

Now the question is:
where to place the him?  Who’s going to become his owner?  Will the owner treat him well? What I should do??

I seek advice from my parents, they say send him to our house first then we will decide. As soon as I got home, one of my neighbour love him. She looked at him like looking at her lover (that’s what I thought).  She looked at him like never seen a puppy before. Then I ask her whether she wants to keep the dog. She nod her head. Before that, she needs to ask her parent permission.

The next day, she jumped happily to me and said, yes I can yes I can. I was so happy and handed the puppy to her. It is actually very good news to start my day. I can actually visit the puppy whenever I want to because she’s my neighbour.

In that case, I actually can see how well she takes good care of the puppy and how the condition of the puppy is. That puppy now named as Max!!

He’s very happy with the owner as I can see. This actually gave me the idea of writing it out on the blog as my assignment. What a coincidence. I just want everyone in this world knows that, helping out a puppy isn’t that hard. It is actually easy and you can feel the changes in yourself. I feel very proud of myself as I have helped a puppy. That is his life and I have saved him. J

Well, when we talk about animal rights, what do we think of? Definitely animal abusing, torturing or perhaps the animal is caught and lock up in a locker or something. All these activities have to stopped at once. Basically, all living things are describe as things who have pulse or have a heart that beats every time we breathe. Well, aren’t animals counted as living things? Definitely yes but still why some people in this world have the heart to abuse animals?

I believe they have their brain and heart as well.  Animals are similar to human. They have feelings, thoughts and heart. Just that we do not understand their languages plus we suppose to respect all living things. There are some purposes why they are created. We must respect and take good care of all living things.

Most animals are taken as a pet like dogs, cats, hamster and rabbit. Most of the societies actually take dogs as their pet. Dogs are considered as a very good friend to the human. They obey, always be there when u needed them, need love from owner and definitely as a part of a family. After you has a pet dog, u definitely need to take god care of them. Take care like they are your brother or sister. Feed them and play with them if got time. To be honest, they are the best pet you can ever have.

Few months ago, a couple have abuse a poodle. What the hell is the couple thinking trying to let a poodle stand without resting? Poodle has very small legs. You don’t expect them to stand for a very long time without resting. That’s torturing!! I can actually feel what the poor poodle feels. But why can’t the couple feel? When I watched the video, my heart sinks. I wish I could actually slap and torture the couple like how the couple torture the poodle. That is seriously abusing.

I would seriously take this case seriously as the poodle is tortured until the couple throw the poodle on the wall and the door. The poodle was seriously bleeding nonstop. Can you imagine if you are tiny and I throw you on the wall and door, what will happen to you? Definitely you are going to enter the hospital for treatment. Thank god the couple is caught. Hopefully law can fight for the rights of the animal and help them when they needed to.

If you feel you can’t take good care of your pet properly, please do not keep a pet. They are going to suffer instead of you. You wouldn’t know whether they are alright or not. Please don’t be selfish and just think of yourself. This is really sad if selfishness is in you and you will not take people’s advice because you will always think you are right and others are wrong. Please open your eyes wider and be more caring to other living things. If you can’t even take care of your dogs or pets, how are you going to set a good example and take good care of your children when you have one? Please think it over again.

Best place to go II

So as you guys read my previous post, my best place to go in my list is anywhere with water! =D
So basically and logically thinking the next best place to go would be a place  would have great place to have fun and foood! hehe what best place to have all of this ? *dang dang dang* 


                                     MELAKA!!!!


Facts,  Melaka is located in the southern region of the Malayan Peninsula and is renowned for its famous Strait of Malacca, an important shipping route in the world.  It also known for its dutch architecture brought about by Portuguese colonization in 1511.  Today, Melaka is one among the only two places in Malaysia which are listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO (the other one is George Town of Penang). 

Personally, I'm attracted by her uniqueness and, of course, historical auras. The Historical City, Jonkers' Street, a series of museums (Maritim, Baba & Nyonya, Cheng Ho, etc.), old churhes, A' Famosa Fort, old tombs of kings and heros, blended into the modern Mahkota Parade, Pahlawan Square (Warrior), and first class hotels, together with the Traditional Hainan Chicken Rice, Portugist Tarts, durian cake, Satay Celup and popiah... well, nothing better than "extravaganza" to describe Malacca.
Other places of interest, such as Malacca Zoo, Butterfly Farm, Bee Farm and temples of unique architecture designs are the places that we should not miss. (Just some personal point of views, you can skip some of them as well, such as the crocodile farm, eye of Malacca and Mini Malaysia).Kinda boring =S if you visited it too often the attraction is basically the same =O


Yeah, after describing all the good things, now, the bad side- the traffic jam!! You will understand the true meaning of traffic jam if you visit Malacca during public holidays with your cars. "Holy Hainanese chicken rice!" We once caught by 2 hours of jam, just to enjoy a lunch of chicken rice. Horrible or not? Wanna take a try? The moral behind the story was: stay near to the heart of the city (such as the Mahkota Resort or some places nearby), and go to whatever place you can, possibly by foot. 


One of the more happening place, the jonker street is bustling with night markets & street hawkers & restaurants.

 
Thick with cultural vibes in the middle of famous 'Hon Wu' - Red houses.

My favorite  stop was Jonker Gallery. Personally, i really like how the shop look from the outside. Inside this hip-looking place are cool, retro designed bags and trendy clothing. Needless to say, the stuff here isnt exactly street price, but a good place to to find something more unique besides the fridge magnet as souvenirs. 

There is this particular handpainted batik shop which sells unique T-shirts. It is located along the lane near the Jonker St carpark. The owner, who trained in Terengganu in batik painting, mixed his own paint. According to his Korean wife( OMIGOSH I know =3,cool right ? ), who helped in painting some of the T-shirts, his paints are the only one-of-a-kind in the world. I fell in love with the vivid colours and quirky design.Unique indeed.

and the food at Jonker Street is great.Let me show some picture that I found from a blog.Most of the time when  I goes to these place, my mouth would act much more quicker than my hand=(
Therefore I never had a decent picture of any food =(



Nyonya Assam Laksa, pronounced as nio-nia ah-sham lak-sah.
Its quite spicy but it definitely will make yr taste bud feel wonderful.(if u get what i mean heheh)



Next is the ice kacang.Ooohhhh, my favourite! I prefer the one with lots of gula melaka.Inside it contain cendol, red bean and syrup.Definitely yuuummiliciousss =3

Mua Chi, pronounced as muah-chee.It’s some gummy paste stirred together with sesame peanut mixture.Crunchy =D


The main souvenir that you will be easily attracted to is probably the colourful clogs. Made by wood and painted with striking flowery pattern, the clogs are available in various colours such as red, yellow, purple and blue. You can even find those clogs in different sizes for both adult and children! These modern type of clogs are “invented” from clogs that old nanny wore in the olden days, which was just a simple one with red rubber strip and no colourful painting. Today, these clogs are just another hit item here! 

In short words, Melaka is....

A weird and wonderful mix of old, new and 'old new'

Thats the reason I'll go Melaka every year without a fail.So its definitely one of the best place to go in my list.So if you guys have the chance to go, GOOOO =DDDD

Best place to go

Third week of college and this is definitely the next assignment we are assigned to do. I actually enjoy all this process but this is seriously making me cracking my head as I'm so out of ideas. Well basically all my life I've been in the water. Without water its like human without air. I've always have thoughts that my past life i was a mermaid. Who knows that's what I've been through. Well, definitely only GOD knows. But I'm very sure that the water ( means the swimming pool) is the best place to go.


Basically in high school, i was known as a dolphin or water baby (love that name). By me (the water baby) goes for training is a way for me to relax myself. The water can calms me down when i feel stress. Angry will just melt as the water flows by. The best part is sadness can be express by crying in the water and at the same time no one will notice it. In water, I actually feel much more confident compare to land as i play a lot of sports relating to water.


There's time to be serious too. Like when there's competition, we actually train hard at the same time it is good for our body. Without us knowing, we actually exercise our body. Water sports are definitely the hardest sports compare to land sports. Some sports are actually addictive to me. Example, water polo. Once you play, you will never turn back. Water polo is a game which can build team work, understanding, phisical and mentally streangth. Definitely we need to work together, play together, eat together, stay together, sleep together and bath together. Not to forget, have FUN TOGETHER!!!

Remember, at some point of our life that we really need some break from everything. But one thing we cant forget is how we live through our life. What we going to do with our life if there's only stress?? Therefore remember that fun is needed in out life too. For water baby like me, fun is in the water. FUN FUN FUN!!!!   SMILE!!! =D

College Life ii

Hey back to part 11 and this time its about my class.Dayum.Did I mention that  I'm still lost
 after 1 week being there. I'm so embarrassed.Walk around like a lost duckling around the big campus lakeside. And almost every single day I'm.... *drums rolling*  eating subway.hahahaha fortunate ? Yea  I know hahaha Damn it.Eating the subway sandwiches its like heaven in every bite.By the way,I dislike the food in the cafeteria.The food like *censored* hahaha   metaphorically speaking.haha Neh its just that I dislike the price of the food.Its so freaking expensive! 
Cheapest food was RM2 for nasi lemak! Rawr! Nevermind, I shall stick to Subway =3
hehe (I know the price in Subway isn't really either considered cheap =X)

The lecturer was really friendly and helpful .eventho some were strict.No difference from high school lecturer.

The IT class.My god! HOnestly for a clueless person who only knew how to on the pc n online.IT is definitely difficult for me.Its so hard to understand! Crap. I was like what the heck is the leturer talking about ??? Basically I gotta brush up and study it more =S

I was Like Huhhhh? Blog ? Are you kinding me ? Where is there such thing as writing blogs for assignment??

But I'm taking mass com.What do I expect ? Talking to the mic and facing the camera whole day ? I suppose blogging is a way of communication with other people but in words.=X

College life

Who could imagine college life to be this way ? First week itself I have tons of assignment haha
And there i was thinking that college life will be easy breezy like the wind. Argh now I'm quite stress as the date line is sooner than I thought =X


Basically first day of college is just like high school all  over again.New surroundings.New faces.Unknown faces =S  which make me feel really lost . I wanna make the first move to make friends but I was too shy to do so.People in here does look scary in an timidating way.(or maybe I'm just thinking too much).Coming to taylors wasnt really my first choice as I heard tht people with a full wallet enrolls here.I'm a person who has a wallet which is half full.My fingers was crossed the entire time I was there.And for those people who dont know Taylor http://www.taylors.edu.my/en/university/about_taylors/campuses/taylors_university_lakeside_campus (which is really impossible for you guys to not know about it).Anyway I was so nervous as I step foot there at the campus.So there I was. Taylor lakeside's Campus.


Wow.Mesmerizing.

As the sun shine on me, I began my first step here.*dramatic music and wind blowing through*
haha alright maybe in the beginning wasnt that dramatic but still my leg was shaking as I was really nervous.


In my head I was thinking
''Do I look alright ? Do my clothes match ? Do I stand out ? IS my hair messy ? Where The heck is the cafeteria?'' Gosh, I'm hungry.


What ? If I'm gonna spend my 4 years here I might as well check out the food here.I'm not starve myself if the food here is bad.Anyway a place with good food is a great place to be at anytime in my life =D  And I thought my day would start out good with a meal at the cafeteria. My  gosh, I was so wrong.I look at the dishes that the other students has ordered.Its looks very expensive to me. Imagine i have never seen starbucks, old town, subway ect. for almost everyday when I'm in college. the cheapest food I can get there is nasi lemak that cost RM2. But still i prefer subway than anything else.


By the way , did I mention that it was orientation week ? *smack on the head* Of course, you guys couldnt have guess it.Every college has orientation first.If there is such without it first, let me know. =D 
So there I was on the way to the hall where the orientation held. Woah, when i open the door of the hall, the hall was full of humans.Majority of them was unfamiliar peoples.


But THANK GOD! there are some familiar faces. These humans are mortals from my Previous High school.Weee~ at least i dont look like someone who's outcasted; loner ;pathetic person. I even took this chance to catch up with some of them.Apparently I'm the only one in mass communication.Sigh Once again it means I have to find some mates to talk with and hang around with. Hopefully I find someone I can social with well =X


Its was so awkward.Even tho, I met some highschool mates, I still feel lonely in some way.I felt really lost.My god, my eyes was hurting in a way.There was some much bling bling.I mean literally,  people theres has branded stuff all over them.Like Nike shoes,an ipad on the left hand , an iphone on the right hand , a macbook in the bag, silver bracelet and etc.
Ouch! i feel so nakeed =S The only branded stuff I had is an iphone =O My my I do envy them very much. Ahhh who cares, I am who I am.I 'm here to study and work my best to fulfil my future and the needs of my family. I think I can handle it and i will .HAHAHAH




But damn it  I do feel like little mermaid out in the human world unable to speak in the fairytale =X
